How does the program work?
A specialized Relationship Manager assigned to your Bank will work together with Branch Personnel to inform your current customer base about the new Merchant Services Program. Credomatic will provide the bank with sales and marketing tools, including co-branded brochures and sales collateral. The Relationship Manager will then train bank personnel on how to offer the Merchant Services solutions, give product demonstrations and explain how to capture key merchant information on easy to use “Referral Forms”. These “Referral Forms” are then forwarded to the Relationship Manager
It is the Relationship Manager’s responsibility to visit the customer within 24 hours, and follow up the application through the Underwriting Process, Boarding Process, Terminal Installation Process and provide ongoing customer service for the merchant. Credomatic will nurture the merchant relationship and assume the risk for the Merchant Account so that you, the Bank, does not have to.
