It was at one particular event where a Credomatic Relationship Manager had the honor of being introduced to a key member of the Sushi Maki team. Sushi Maki is a staple for creative and delicious sushi sold in stand-alone stores and kiosks. Today, Sushi Maki and Credomatic have created a strong partnership, processing for 6 of their locations. We recently had the pleasure of interviewing Stephen Knorr, Controller of Sushi Maki, about his experience thus far with Credomatic.
CREDOMATIC MERCHANT SERVICES: You have grown from one store to many storefronts and kiosks. What prompted you to start processing with Credomatic to support your expanding operation?
Sushi Maki: My colleague was introduced to a Credomatic Relationship Manager at a Chamber of Commerce event. We were open to evaluating our merchant processing partner and the company seemed like a good fit, so we decided to give them an opportunity, and we are still partners today.

In addition, Sushi Maki accesses their real time batches and deposits through E-Connections, Credomatic’s online reporting tool. The company can also download monthly statements, which is useful for our accounting purposes.
